Our membership plan is a great value to families who do not have dental insurance coverage. Your child can get their preventive dental care covered for a fee that’s likely less than what you’d pay for dental insurance.

PLEASE NOTE: Coverage begins upon receipt of completed and signed contract, and when payment is received in full. Membership extends for one year for each individual child from the date of receipt. Membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Patients with traditional dental insurance are not eligible.
